Biography
Jenna Purther (she/her) is a choreographer and arts educator based in Toronto, ON. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University’s highly acclaimed Creative Industries program where she specialized in Acting/Dance studies. She has trained in various dance styles for over 18 years, including classical ballet at
The National Ballet School of Canada. She has also taught dance, yoga, and stage performance at numerous children’s arts organizations around the city.
As an educator, she is passionate about utilizing creative exploration as a teaching tool and building confidence through the arts. She aims to share her passion for dance with others while allowing every student to achieve their fullest potential in a safe and encouraging environment. She looks forward to mentoring students to develop their technique and encourage their artistic expression.
Jenna’s favourite place is the theatre and she looks forward to joining the Bravo Academy family to share that love with her students!
