Summer Camps 2025
Broadway Bound
Ages 7-12 | 9am-4pm | June 30th – July 4th (No Camp on July 1st)
Take the stage and develop your musical theatre performance skills in this one-week summer camp. Learn choreography, iconic musical theatre songs, rehearse scenes, and perform numbers from smash-hit musicals for family and friends on the final day.
Fees: $385 + HSTEarly Bird Rate: $350 + HST
Theatre Design Camp
Ages 10-14 | 9am-4pm | June 30th – July 4th (No Camp on July 1st)
Learn what it’s like behind the scenes in this new Theatre Design Camp, led by Bravo Academy’s imaginative and resourceful scenic designer Meredith Wolting. Be part of building set pieces, costumes, puppets, and more! You’ll create scenic elements, and see the craft and your creativity come to life firsthand in the Friday performance for friends and family!

Defying Gravity
Ages 7-12 | 9am-4pm | July 7th – 11th
Take to the skies in this one-week musical theatre camp inspired by Wicked! Campers will learn iconic songs, scenes, and choreography from the smash-hit movie and musical, culminating in a final performance for parents on the last day.

Rotten to the Core
Ages 7-12 | 9am-4pm | July 14th – 18th
Feeling Villainous? Break out of the Isle of the Lost and enter the world of Auradon in this one-week Descendants-themed summer camp. Rehearse scenes, learn songs and choreography, and perform numbers from the beloved musical films. On the final day, students will take the stage in a final performance in our studio theatre.

The Magic of Disney
Ages 4-6 | 9:30am-12:30pm | July 14th – 18th
Enter the world of your favourite Disney musicals and characters in this one-week summer camp. Learn choreography, iconic songs, rehearse scenes, and perform numbers from beloved Disney shows. On the final day, students will take the stage in a final performance in our studio theatre for friends and families.

Pop Starz
Group 1: Ages 7-10 | 9am-4pm | July 21st – 25th
OR
Group 2: Ages 11-13 | 9am-4pm | July 21st – 25th
Live out your pop star dreams learning and performing your favourite songs from artists like Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter and more! Pop Starz Camp participants will develop skills of pop vocal technique, mic technique, choreography and stage presence, as well as explore different pop styles and art projects. A final performance will be held on the last day of camp for “invited fans” to attend in our studio theatre.

Youth New Musical Theatre Intensive
Ages 10-14 | 9am-4pm | July 28th – August 1st
The Youth New Musical Theatre Intensive (NMTI) is a unique and specialized week-long program, designed for young performers with a variety of experience looking to develop and challenge their skills and be part of collaborating and developing new musical theatre material. Participants will dive into singing and staging challenging repertoire while working with classmates, instructors and local industry writers to develop new songs and scenes based on their own insights and experiences. The program culminates in a final performance in Bravo’s studio theatre.
Admittance to the program is via audition.

Acting Camp
Group 1: Ages 7-10 | 9am-4pm | August 5th – 8th
OR
Group 2: Ages 11-13 | 9am-4pm | August 5th – 8th
Take the stage and bring characters to life in our Acting Camp! By experimenting and exploring scene studies, monologues, and improvisation, participants will collaborate as a team and develop confidence. Through theatre exercises and activities, students will build the skills of characterization, improvisation, diction, communication and stage presence. A final performance will be held on the last day of camp for families to attend in our studio theatre.

Teen Broadway Bootcamp
Ages 13-17 | 9am-3:30pm | August 11th – 15th
This summer, join us for our Teen Broadway Bootcamp! This week-long program invites participants to develop and hone their musical theatre performance skills, and perform numbers from favourite musicals! Participants will work on their ability to perform solo and in an ensemble, and will also learn key audition skills. Students will work on scene work, monologues, group numbers and solo songs. Small class size ensures all students get solo experience and personalized feedback. A great program for those looking to strengthen their musical theatre and audition skills, that will culminate in a final performance in our studio theatre.
Fees: $525 + HSTEarly Bird Rate: $485 + HST

a Day in the life!
9 AM
Welcome! Get ready for the day with a physical and vocal Warm up! Then we dive into rehearsals!
10:30 AM
Snack break and game time at the park! Then back inside for rehearsals then outdoor lunch!
1 PM
After lunch, we're back to work, staging our show and rehearsing our scenes for our final production on the final day.
3 PM
We bust out craft supplies to work on props, costumes, and set pieces to bring each performer's artistic vision to life!
